Acceptance

By creating an account or using Curbside, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Curbside does

Curbside provides tools to create a public vehicle listing page and a printable QR code flyer. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and the outcome of any sale.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post listings for vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell.
• Include false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a listing.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting a listing, you grant Curbside a limited license to display that content to visitors of your listing page. We will not use your content for advertising or share it beyond what is needed to operate the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

Curbside is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will result in a sale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curbside is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any transaction with a buyer.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
