Curbside helps you sell your car privately. Protecting your personal information is fundamental to how we built the product. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign in.
• Listing content — vehicle details, photos, and description you provide.
• Usage data — QR scan counts and listing page views, tied to your listing rather than to individual visitors.

What we don't collect

We never share your phone number, email address, or home address with buyers. Buyer inquiries are routed through the app so your contact details stay private.

How we use your information

• To create and display your vehicle listing.
• To send you notifications about listing activity (e.g., scan counts).
• To maintain and improve the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law or to operate core infrastructure (e.g., hosting, authentication).

Data retention

Your account and listing data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your listing or close your account at any time, after which your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
